Chef Walt learned and loved how to cook from his mother at a young age. It wasn't popular as a young man; however, he followed and pursued his passion. Through many trials and hurdles, he became a renowned chef throughout the states. For over 20 years, he has trained 100’s of chefs in the country, and has created many of the menus of multiple restaurants throughout the US. You may have even tried one of his creations. Currently, Chef Walt resides in Boston and is an Executive Chef at one of the top Hotels in historic Boston. Chef Walt wants 2incourage others who want to pursue their passion in the culinary industry that the sky is the limit! Go after your dreams as he has witnessed many people who started as a novice become very successful chefs and restaurateurs in major cities.
